Description

This file is used to centralize the DOCTYPE and HEAD sections of each page template. It would be included by each template. It is not mandatory that an application use this file, it is merely convenient. If your application has need for each or any template to have a separate definition for the DOCTYPE and or HEAD, then do what makes sense for the application.

Use the file provided in the SDK as a starting point, and modify it as necessary to suit the application.
